Business Intelligence Developer and Data Engineer

Location | Plano, TX

The Business Intelligence Developer develops and supports on Enterprise Reports and ETL processes under the supervision of the Director, Software Development.

Duties + Responsibilities

The focus of this position is to work with the Business units to understand the data requirements and support reporting development and ETL needs of the company.

• Strong database back-end skills using SQL Server 2016 or higher versions. 
• Sound knowledge of T-SQL, large stored procedures, views, joins, performance and ETL concepts.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Experience in development, optimization and enhancement of the SSRS reports.
• Experience in Design and Development of complex SSIS packages for ETL processes.
• Should have other .NET skills such as experience with C#, and Console applications.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with ASP.NET applications (Webforms/Blazor), HTML5, RESTful web-services, React, JavaScript and jQuery is a plus.
• Specific experience with PNC Enterprise. 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with three-plus years of related experience or 10+ years of experience in a related field; related fields include, but are not limited, to technology and finance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point.
