Carol Rogers serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for NewPoint. Her 20 years of experience includes company-wide HRIS implementations, acquisition integrations and HR operational initiatives. Rogers specializes in collaborating with business leaders to influence and lead organizational design and change, resource planning, and innovative strategies that align with the organizational needs.
Rogers is an HRCI certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as a Society of Human Resources Management-Senior Certified Professional. She is currently an instructor for the Human Resources Certification program, assisting other HR professionals in obtaining certification. Rogers holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from University of North Texas and an MBA in Management from University of Texas – Arlington.
