Paul Aanonsen

Paul Aanonsen is a Senior Managing Director at NewPoint, where he focuses on originating multifamily loans through NewPoint's Agency, HUD/FHA, and Proprietary platforms, and also sources multifamily and commercial real estate financing through third-party capital channels.

Before joining NewPoint, Aanonsen was a Senior Vice President and manager of the Washington, DC, production office at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. He previously held the role of Principal at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (now PGIM Real Estate), where he managed multifamily loan originations. 

Aanonsen holds a Bachelor of Science in history from the United States Naval Academy. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 1987 to 1993, achieving the rank of Captain.
