Kathy brings nearly 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, specializing in agency loan origination, underwriting, and asset management. Since joining NewPoint in 2021, she has played a pivotal role in structuring and executing complex multifamily transactions, developing the firm’s production screening framework and enhancing collaboration between origination and underwriting teams.
