NewPoint Provides $19.8 Million in FHA Financing for Nursing Home in Central New York
ENTRAL NEW YORK — November 13, 2025 — NewPoint Real Estate Capital LLC has provided a $19.8 million FHA 223(f) loan to refinance a 112-bed skilled nursing facility in Central New York.
The transaction was arranged by Erik Lindenauer, President of FHA at NewPoint.
“This transaction featured a unique split mortgage structure with differing amortization schedules designed to align with the expiration of a portion of the property’s reimbursement stream,” said Mr. Lindenauer. “It’s a great example of how our team develops creative, customized financing solutions to meet each client’s specific needs.”
The FHA 223(f) program provides long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for the refinance or acquisition of stabilized healthcare and multifamily properties. Through this execution, the borrower achieved a lower cost of capital while maintaining long-term stability and flexibility in operations.
