Bruce Prashker

Bruce Prashker is Head of Treasury at NewPoint, where he oversees the firm’s treasury function, including liquidity management, capital markets execution, banking relationships, and risk management strategies. He plays a key role in optimizing funding structures and supporting the firm’s lending platforms.

Prior to joining NewPoint, Mr. Prashker served as Chief Financial Officer of Housing & Healthcare Finance, LLC, a leading HUD lender, where he oversaw financial strategy, capital planning, and operational oversight until NewPoint’s acquisition of the firm in 2021. Earlier roles included Vice President and Treasurer at CareOne, a $1.2 billion healthcare services provider, where he refinanced more than $500 million in debt and led treasury transformation initiatives. At Revlon, he was a key member of the finance team responsible for the company’s initial public offering and raising over $2 billion in debt financing. He began his career in audit at Deloitte.

Mr. Prashker is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in Accounting, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
