David Bleiweiss

David Bleiweiss is a Managing Director on NewPoint's origination team based in Irvine, CA. He works nationally to arrange a wide variety of financing solutions offered through multiple capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, NewPoint's own proprietary programs, Life Companies, and other third-party debt sources.  

Prior to joining NewPoint in 2023, Bleiweiss was a Managing Director at Berkadia, where he had spent more than 10 years in multifamily loan production, and 15 years at HFF in the same capacity. He has more than 35 years of multifamily finance experience and has originated more than $5 billion over the course of his career. 

Bleiweiss is an active member of ULI, the REC of Los Angeles, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.
