Elyse Bandel

Elyse Bandel joined NewPoint soon after its launch as a Managing Director and Head of Marketing & Communications. She is responsible for all NewPoint brand initiatives, leading marketing and communications strategies and execution, and growing awareness for the platform.

With more than three decades of experience as a strategic marketing leader within the commercial real estate industry, Bandel has worked for entrepreneurial owners, institutional investors and brokerage firms. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President, Retail Marketing & Communication for Newmark and, prior to the acquisition by Newmark, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications for RKF, a position she held for more than 15 years. Earlier in her career, Bandel was with Insignia/ESG (now known as CBRE), the former Prudential subsidiary Premisys Real Estate Services, and Tishman Midwest Management Corp.

Bandel holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
