Elyse Bandel

Elyse Bandel joined NewPoint soon after its launch as its Head of Marketing. She is responsible for establishing the NewPoint brand, leading all marketing and communications initiatives, and growing awareness for the platform.

With more than three decades of experience as a strategic marketing leader within the commercial real estate industry, Bandel has worked for entrepreneurial owners, institutional investors and brokerage firms. Most recently, she was Executive Vice President, Retail Marketing & Communication for Newmark and, prior to the acquisition by Newmark, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Communications for RKF, a position she held for more than 15 years. Earlier in her career, Bandel was with Insignia/ESG (now known as CBRE), the former Prudential subsidiary Premisys Real Estate Services, and Tishman Midwest Management Corp.

Bandel holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
