Heather Hutcheson

Heather Hutcheson currently serves as Managing Director, Corporate Compliance and is responsible for the oversight and coordination of Agency assessments, internal and external compliance audits and internal risk management programs. Hutcheson held the same role with NewPoint predecessor Barings Multifamily Capital after serving as Director of the Loan Administration Team. She has been in the commercial mortgage industry for more than 20 years.

Prior to joining Barings, Hutcheson was with Prudential Asset Resources where she served in several roles during her nearly 10-year tenure, including her last position as Team Lead of Collateral Management responsible for overseeing tax processing/monitoring, lien releases, UCC, LOC filings and imaging for the CMBS, general account, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portfolios. Earlier in her career, she worked at Metropolitan Ag Investments and Corporation Service Company.

Hutcheson attended Illinois State University where she majored in Communication.
