Jarett Blasberg

Jarett Blasberg is a Managing Director in originations at NewPoint, a role he remains in from Barings Multifamily Capital and its predecessors. He has nearly two decades of Agency lending experience and is responsible for originating the firm’s full range of lending solutions, nationwide.

During his tenure in the multifamily industry, Blasberg has contributed to the closing of more than $2.5 billion in multifamily loans. He has served a wide range of clients though his initiation and support of loan originations, assistance with transactional due diligence, analysis of market factors, and by utilizing his extensive knowledge of a broad range of loan platforms. He has experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and CMBS executions across all types of affordable and market-rate multifamily.

Blasberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
