Marc Cesare
Senior Managing Director
Marc Cesare is a Senior Managing Director on the originations team and is based in Dallas. He specializes in the origination of both affordable and conventional multifamily loans across the country through NewPoint’s Agency and proprietary loan programs.
Prior to joining NewPoint in 2022, Cesare was with Truist, where he originated approximately $4 billion across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bridge financing programs. His experience includes lead roles for underwriting affordable housing properties, including 4% bond transactions, Section 8 assets and managing layers of subordinate financing. Cesare has spent his entire 20-plus-year career in the multifamily lending arena.
