Nick Gesue

Nick Gesue is Chief Executive Officer of NewPoint Real Estate Capital. He brings over 20 years of multifamily, seniors housing, and healthcare finance and operational experience, as well as a proven track record of building, integrating, and scaling leading lending organizations, to the role.

Prior to joining NewPoint in 2024, Gesue was the founder and CEO of Alder View Capital, a seniors housing and healthcare capital advisory and transaction management firm. Gesue began his career with Lancaster Pollard, an Agency, HUD/FHA, and USDA lender, which he joined as the firm's eighth employee before quickly advancing to Chief Credit Officer, overseeing all products and services. Ultimately, he led Lancaster Pollard's strategic direction as Chief Executive Officer. While under Gesue’s purview, Lancaster Pollard successfully completed over $25 billion in advisory, lending, and investing activities across the multifamily, affordable housing, seniors housing, and healthcare sectors. Gesue oversaw Lancaster Pollard's merger with RED Capital and served as CEO of the combined company until its merger with Hunt Real Estate Capital, which created the company known today as Lument.

Gesue earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University. He is a member of the Middle Market Committee of the National Investment Center (NIC).
