Patrick Brown

Patrick Brown is a Senior Managing Director at NewPoint based in Washington, DC. He focuses on originating multifamily loans through NewPoint's Agency, HUD/FHA, and Proprietary platforms, and also sources multifamily and commercial real estate financing through third-party capital channels.

Prior to joining NewPoint, Brown was a Senior Vice President in Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Washington, DC, office, where he focused on multifamily originations for 17 years. Before that, Brown worked in client relations at Wells Fargo Institutional Lending. 

Brown holds an MBA in finance from the University of Tennessee, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in finance from The College of William & Mary, where he was a scholarship athlete on the men’s tennis team. He holds the CCIM designation, is an active ULI member, and is an honorary member of the DC Real Estate Group.
