Samantha Roessner

Samantha Roessner is Managing Director, Head of Human Resources at NewPoint, based in the firm’s Plano, Texas headquarters. She brings a strong background in human resources leadership, with experience spanning talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. Ms. Roessner joined NewPoint in May 2024 as Director of Human Resources and was promoted to her current role in 2026, where she leads the firm’s HR strategy and supports continued growth across the platform.

Prior to joining NewPoint, Ms. Roessner served as Human Resources Manager at Bellevue Living, where she oversaw the full HR function and acted as an advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. She led the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, employee engagement initiatives, and training and development efforts that enhanced retention and streamlined business operations. Earlier in her career, Ms. Roessner held multiple human resources roles at White Rock Oil & Gas, LLC, where she built HR infrastructure from the ground up, including company-wide policies, multi-state employee handbooks, and reporting systems, while overseeing compliance, audits, and employee relations.

Ms. Roessner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University.
