Steven Naumberg
Managing Director
Steven Naumberg is a Managing Director at NewPoint. He is responsible for originating FHA/HUD loans in the healthcare, seniors housing and multifamily markets nationally. Naumberg’s primary focus is utilizing all HUD products to help his clients purchase, build, and refinance their properties with long-term debt solutions offered through the program.
Naumberg held a similar role at HHC Finance for four years before the acquisition by NewPoint. Previously, he worked at a leading investment/mortgage banking firm in New York City. Naumberg has originated and managed over $1 billion of FHA LEAN healthcare and MAP multifamily loans during his career.
Naumberg holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and is based in Miami, FL.
