Stokley Brace
Stokley Brace is a Managing Director, Affordable Originations at NewPoint, responsible for sourcing and structuring financing solutions for affordable and workforce housing properties nationally. Based in the firm’s New York office, he focuses on the origination of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA programs, as well as NewPoint’s proprietary debt and structured finance offerings.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Brace spent over four years at CBRE, where he focused primarily on affordable housing originations. During his tenure, he played a role in closing more than $725 million in loan volume across a variety of affordable housing financing structures, including LIHTC, Section 8, naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH), and workforce housing transactions. He departed CBRE with the title of Vice President.
Mr. Brace earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
