Tim Cobb

Tim Cobb serves as Managing Director at NewPoint Real Estate Capital, tasked with leading the firm’s healthcare investment sales platform. Mr. Cobb partners closely with the firm’s healthcare lending practice to provide seniors housing and healthcare real estate owners with integrated debt, equity, and sales solutions across a property’s lifecycle. He oversees business development, client advisory, and transaction execution while expanding NewPoint’s national healthcare footprint.

With more than 25 years of experience in seniors housing and healthcare real estate, Mr. Cobb brings a background spanning leadership, advisory, brokerage, banking, and development. He has held senior roles at Berkadia, Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, KeyBank, and GE Capital. Prior to joining NewPoint, he founded COBB Healthcare Real Estate, a boutique firm specializing in brokerage and capital placement for healthcare and seniors housing owners.

Mr. Cobb earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Accounting from the University of North Texas.
