Travis Bowden

Travis Bowden, Director, Healthcare Investment Sales at NewPoint, leads seniors housing and healthcare investment sales opportunities, overseeing transactions from initial engagement through closing. He works closely with owners to develop sales strategies and with internal teams to close deals efficiently.

Mr. Bowden has a background in financial analysis, operational strategy, and transaction execution across healthcare and seniors housing real estate. His experience spans both entrepreneurial and mid-sized platforms, where he has supported acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting, and operational decision-making. Prior to joining NewPoint, he served as Director, Finance and Underwriting for Haven Senior Investments. He was also a Partner at Brickwell Partners Real Estate, focusing on investment strategy and transaction execution.

Mr. Bowden earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Babson College.
