Trevor Ritter
Managing Director
Trevor Ritter is a Managing Director on the originations team. He has originated over $3 billion in multifamily loans over his career. Based in Atlanta, Ritter is focused on Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and proprietary lending throughout the Southeast and beyond. Prior to joining NewPoint in 2021, he was a Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital, where he led production efforts in the Southeast. Previously, he was with Colliers International, where he placed debt and equity for owners and operators across the country.
Ritter attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
