Trey Palmedo

Trey Palmedo is a Managing Director on the originations team based out of Nashville, TN, working to expand NewPoint’s footprint throughout the Southeast and beyond. 

Prior to joining NewPoint, Trey served as a Director at Lument, which he joined by way of Hunt Real Estate Capital. He has also held a production position at a boutique Nashville-based mortgage banking firm and worked as an equity trader at UBS. Over the course of his first four years in multifamily lending, Trey has originated over $1 billion in volume with an emphasis on multifamily rehabilitations and repositionings. 

Trey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance from Auburn University. In 2022, he was named a Nashville Top 30 Under 30 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
