Elan Magence
Senior Vice President
Elan Magence is a Senior Vice President on the FHA originations team. He is responsible for originating FHA/HUD loans for healthcare, seniors housing and multifamily properties nationally. He is based in Chicago. He has over 15 years of lending experience and has originated and managed over $1 billion of FHA LEAN and MAP loans during his career. Prior to joining NewPoint with the acquisition of HHC Finance, Magence was a Senior Vice President at HHC Finance for 13 years.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Yeshiva University and has volunteered as an EMT with Hatzalah Chicago since 2011.
