Matthew Zall

Matt Zall is a Managing Director leading NewPoint's Single-Family Rental (SFR) Lending Platform. Zall is an experienced leader in debt capital markets, with expertise spanning product launches, business development, trading, underwriting, contractual issues, operations and technology.

Prior to joining NewPoint in 2022, Zall held positions at real estate investment and financial services company DLP Capital and KKR's Toorak Capital Partners, launching SFR programs at both firms. Before that, he was the head of capital markets at Blackstone's B2R Finance, where he led the team that issued the first multi-borrower SFR securitization, a transaction that won Global Capital's 2015 CMBS Deal of the Year award. Earlier in his career, Zall spent nine years at JPMorgan/Bear Stearns with a focus on CMBS capital markets.
 
Zall holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
