Ryan Irvin is a Director on the originations team based in Dallas, TX. He specializes in the origination of both affordable and conventional multifamily loans across the country through NewPoint’s Agency and proprietary loan programs.
Before joining NewPoint in 2023, Irvin was with Old Capital Lending, a boutique multifamily debt brokerage firm, where he arranged multifamily financing across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and bridge loan programs. He has also held the role of Underwriter at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where he managed and executed the underwriting and closing of conventional multifamily and affordable housing transactions.
Irvin received his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
