Vincent Langan

Vincent Langan is a Managing Director on the originations team based in Birmingham, AL. He has over two decades of commercial lending experience and is responsible for originating multifamily loans nationwide. He joined NewPoint with the acquisition of Barings Multifamily Capital, which he joined in 2018.

Previously, Langan worked at Greystone & Co. for four years. He began his career in commercial real estate finance in 2002 with Collateral Mortgage Capital and then spent eight years with Berkadia and its predecessors. Langan has expertise in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bridge lending, and his clients include real estate investors throughout the Southeast and Western regions. 

Langan holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Real Estate and a Master of Arts in Economics from The University of Alabama. He is an active member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) Leadership Council.
